Drawing on seven years as a creative entrepreneur and fifteen years in client services, Corey brings a systemic and personable approach to consulting and coaching. He models curiosity and authenticity from the onset -- prerequisites of both parties for a successful partnership. A passionate researcher of behavioral change, he brings multi-disciplinary insights from psychology and behavioral biology to inform his work in helping organizations navigate high impact change initiatives.
Corey is a masters candidate in Organization Development through Sonoma State University, and holds certificates in Organizational Diagnosis through Community At Work, and Brain Based Coaching through David Rock's NeuroLeadership Institute.
In the last year Corey has partnered with chief executives and other senior leaders in the design and delivery of change initiatives related to employee engagement, leadership development, strategic planning and organizational culture change.
